Description:
Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a Production Senior Engineer to join their mining team. You will be responsible for managing underground plants and mobile machinery of shafts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act and related regulations in infrastructure design and maintenance.
• Align change initiatives through structured change management.
• Use data insights and trends to optimize control systems and practices.
• Implement models to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee quality processes and ensure adherence to TQM principles.
• Manage engineering contractors in underground operations.
• Provide effective maintenance for equipment and infrastructure within legal obligations.
• Streamline processes and resolve operational conflicts.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree (BSc. or BTech)/Diploma in Engineering
  
• GCC Mines & Works
  
• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Section Engineer within the mining industry.
• Extensive experience in underground mechanized mining.
• Valid Driver's License
