Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Technical school diploma, tertiary education, or equivalent; a technical certification in motorcycle mechanics or a related field (e.g., hydraulics, mechanics) is preferred.

·         Proven experience as a suspension technician or in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is an advantage.

·         Strong knowledge of motorcycle suspension systems, technical terms, components, and repair techniques.

·         Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.

·         Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

·         Passion for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

·         Motorcycle license or driver's license required.

·         Non-smoker.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.

·         Must be willing to learn new skills and explore different areas of the business if required.

·         Comfortable interacting with customers and addressing their needs.

·         A technical grounding in mechanics or mathematics is essential.
