Overview: To work remotely to assist the Sales Manager with tenders, quotes, order processing and invoicing as well as assisting with clients training of newly installed equipment at client site.

Duties:

·         Train clients on newly installed equipment

·         Client support at the client office

·         Telephonic client support

·         Preparing of tenders and quotes

·         Attend to telephone calls, email requests, enquiries and provide general information.

·         Updating supplier price lists on a regular basis an

·         Maintaining supplier electronic files correctly

·         Maintain and ensure efficient documentation of all correspondence and documents.

·         Correspond with clients.

·         Ensuring that no stock is moved without relevant paper work
