Are you a seasoned financial expert with a track record of success in team leadership, compliance, and financial management? To oversee crucial financial operations, promote compliance, and support the company's financial well-being, we are looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end financial processes, including the preparation of audit files, financial reporting, and collaboration with external Auditors for the annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with all legal and tax obligations, including VAT, PAYE, income tax, and dividends tax submissions, while managing SARS audits.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Drive the development and improvement of internal financial controls, business processes, and procedures.
Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and asset management activities while delivering actionable insights for business decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
5–8 years of financial experience.
