Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join their innovative team in Centurion. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on regular and ad hoc data projects within a collaborative team environment.
Implement and maintain data solutions, including sourcing and transforming data using SQL.
Liaise with clients and end-users to define project objectives and solution requirements.
Perform ad hoc queries on a wide range of data and products.
Document processes and maintain them for quality and consistency.
Integrate and enhance raw data from multiple sources to improve data quality and reliability.
Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling, collaborating with data scientists and architects.
Identify trends and patterns to support decision-making.
Build and manage data systems (ETLs) and pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
Experience:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, including SQL database design
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (SQL, SSMS, Visual Studio, SSIS, VS Code, Azure)
- Experience with R and Python
- Skilled in automating processes and troubleshooting
Certifications:
- MCSE Certificate in Data Management and Analytics or Business Intelligence
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of data modeling, design, governance, and management
- Ability to clean, enrich, and transform data to facilitate better decision-making
- Knowledge of processes, roles, and standards for efficient data usage
