Job Description
As an Ecommerce Sales Administrator, you’ll oversee our various online sales platforms, ensure efficient operations, and work collaboratively with other team members to maximize growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our ecommerce success story!
Key Tasks and Duties
- Manage and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns on our ecommerce platform(s).
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with developers for fixes.
- Process online orders and coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns or refunds as needed.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies.
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and up to date on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain product listings, inventory levels, pricing and product information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping to meet deadlines.
- Sales Optimization: Implement strategies to increase conversions, average order values, and repeat business.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report key metrics like sales performance, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
Candidate Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Matric Cetificate with mathematics.
- 1+ years of experience in ecommerce sales, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
