Job Overview:
Raizcorp is looking for an experienced and creative Junior Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance Raizcorp’s brand presence, drive engagement, and attract potential clients and partners.
You will work closely with the content, and design teams to create tailored content that aligns with Raizcorp’s values and mission while promoting our services and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Raizcorp’s overall marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Content Development & Multi-Account Management:
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, campaigns, and stories across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals, videos, and other media to complement posts.
- Plan and schedule posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates for all accounts.
- Contribute to developing and refining the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with Raizcorp’s overall brand messaging and tone.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and grow Raizcorp’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor platform trends, new tools, and best practices to keep Raizcorp’s social media presence current and innovative.
- Community Building & Engagement:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Use organic strategies to grow followers and engagement rates for each division's social media accounts.
- Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing promotional Social Media Campaigns for key initiatives, programs, and events.
- Develop engaging content to highlight partnerships and sponsorships in an authentic and creative way.
- Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with each division’s goals and brand identity.
- Support the organization, promotion, and coverage of Raizcorp events, creating buzz and driving attendance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay on top of social media trends and competitor activity to keep Raizcorp’s content fresh and relevant.
- Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management:
- Ensure Raizcorp’s social media presence remains consistent with its brand values.
- Monitor social media trends and sentiment, addressing any issues that may impact the company’s reputation.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service, and operations) to align social media messaging with business objectives.
- Curate stories and testimonials from entrepreneurs to showcase Raizcorp’s impact authentically and compellingly.
- Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment
- Multi-Tasking: Thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, efficiently managing multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align efforts across divisions and ensure cohesive messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in a corporate, digital marketing, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and successful campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Zoho Social Media, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn, Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Ability to craft a compelling social media voice that aligns with Raizcorp’s mission and values.
- Analytical & Results-Driven:
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing social media campaigns for better performance.
- Project Management:
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
