What You'll Do:

• Strategic Influence: Collaborate closely with cluster heads, providing critical insights into financial trends and performance to drive decision-making.
• Client-Centric Approach: Act as the bridge between Finance and Operations, supporting client executives with tailored financial analyses and resolving queries efficiently.
• Commercial Leadership: Develop and optimize financial processes, manage budgets, and embed ROI insights to sustain profitability.
• Relationship Building: Engage with stakeholders to negotiate budgets, manage forecasting, and deliver exceptional financial reporting.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor team members, driving performance excellence while fostering a culture of growth.

What You Bring:

• A BCom Accounting degree (NQF Level 7) and 9–10 years of accounting experience, including managerial and management accounting exposure.
• Exceptional financial and commercial acumen, paired with strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing multiple financial structures, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
• CA(SA)/CIMA
