Hire Resolve's client, a leader in the rental and event solutions sector, is currently seeking two skilled and motivated Accountants to join their dynamic team in Paarl, Western Cape. Responsibilities

Provide strong accounting support to the department.
Assist with second-in-command (2IC) responsibilities, gaining insight into overall business operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Oversee and maintain accurate financial records.
Offer guidance to the Finance Clerk, ensuring all financial processes are efficient.
Monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Analyse event-related costs and provide actionable recommendations.
Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.

Requirements

Age: 30 to 45 years old.
Language: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
Industry Experience: Preferably from construction, warehouse, or technical environments.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Paarl.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating comfort with financial systems and processes.
Technical Requirements:
- Preferably completed SAICA articles.
- Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel (assessment required).
- Strong financial acumen, to be evaluated during the interview process.
Educational Requirements: Matric and a Degree/Diploma in Financial Management.
Driver’s License: Valid and applicable for the role.
