Candidate Requirements

As Production Manager you’ll manage all manufacturing activities at the facility. Your main goals will be to increase productivity, manage production costs efficiently, improve processes continuously, and ensure the plant meets all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Candidates should hold a diploma in production management and have at least five years of experience, with three of those in a leadership role in the food manufacturing industry. Knowledge of GMP and HACCP is crucial. Experience in potato processing is a plus.
