We are currently partnering with a prominent client in the plastic manufacturing sector, who is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. If you are a dynamic leader with a strong background in maintenance management, this opportunity could be for you!

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Proven Management Experience
At least 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager
Solid experience within the Plastic Manufacturing Industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, systems, and machinery within a manufacturing environment
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plastic production equipment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
