A leading company in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner who is highly operationally involved! Reporting to the Cluster Finance Business Partner, this role is key in managing financial activities for a portfolio of businesses. If you have over 9-10 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, and a strong background in financial management, apply today to join a dynamic team.

Compile and negotiate annual and project-based budgets
Implement and manage budgets, providing financial reports to stakeholders
Prepare and submit monthly forecasting, tracking accuracy, and driving accountability
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of the financial position and performance
Provide financial insight to executives and assist with financial analysis for clients
Update and perfect costing models and drive efficiency in financial processes
Manage risk and provide regular updates on outstanding debtors and possible bad debts
Act as a liaison between the finance department and business operations
Supervise and provide direction to the Debit Card Administrator
Coordinate with business units for budgeting and forecasting
Provide financial guidance and support to business teams
Assist with debtors and collections for dedicated clients
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis across financial structures and models
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and organizational goals

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of post-article commercial experience
Preferably in FMCG
Has managed up to 8 direct reports
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Proficient in MS Excel and financial software
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning skill

Qualification:
CA(SA) / ACMA CGMA
