ENVIRONMENT:

Our client is a growing international startup consultancy, specializes in custom implementations of their platform software to drive digital transformation for financial institutions and multinational organizations. They are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to lead client and internal teams, identify issues, and provide solutions to enhance business performance. The role involves building strong client relationships at senior levels, understanding business challenges and digital priorities, and defining business requirements. These requirements will be translated into solutions in collaboration with technical specialists.

DUTIES:

• Identify business issues and create compelling high level business cases
• Managing senior clients across multiple delivery projects
• Design and implement digital change
• Be aware of Global trends in automation, leading practice and innovation
• Design and execute “design led solution” workshops
• Re-design complex business processes
• Define information and data requirements that meet the digital needs of their clients
• Understand Cloud technologies and their capabilities
• Design and oversee one or more AGILE implementations
• Have a strong background in analysis and the use of tools to diagnose business model improvements and protect against risk

REQUIREMENTS:

Client related domain experience:

• Mining and commodity related operational improvement
• Supply chain and logistics digital operational process improvement, outside of implementing traditional ERP systems

Background experience:

• Worked in a consulting environment, with excellent experience of client relationship management, deal origination, selling and solution design for complex business process improvement
• Strong track record of completing complex analysis and presenting impactful messages to senior stakeholders
• Oversight of more than one project being delivered to customers at the same time
• Strong commercial acumen linked to achieving client outcomes
• Demonstrates strong versatility and can thrive in innovative situations
• An expert in your chosen sector or digitisation competence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics,
• Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications: Industry-specific certifications are optional and not mandatory:

○ Project Management Professional (PMP)

○ Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

○ Consulting industry awards

○ Six Sigma / Lean Certifications

○ ITIL Certifications
