Our client, who is one of the most prestigious wineries in the world, is looking for a Retail Assistant to join their team in Cape Town - Stellenbosch.
Basic Salary + Commission
Start date: Immediately
You will be responsible for providing high-class customer service and increasing the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Stock control
• Meeting and Greeting customers
• Assisting customers with products etc.
• Styling the clients according to their body type, etc.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Stocking shelves with merchandise
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager
• Dealing with customer refunds
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Required Skills
- Customer Service: 1 to 2 years
- Sales: 1 to 2 years
- English: 10 years or more
Candidate Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• 1 - 2 years’ previous retail assistant experience
• Basic administration skills
• Proficiency in English
• Customer service focus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Enthusiastic personality
• Reliable and adaptable
• Ability to work under pressure
