- Professionele hantering van inkomende oproepe;
- Verwelkoming van kliënte en besoekers met ’n vriendelike en professionele houding;
- Verskaffing van administratiewe ondersteuning aan verskeie departemente;
- Daaglikse kantoorbestuur, insluitend organisering en byhou van administratiewe prosesse;
- Samewerking met Verkoopskonsultante om kliëntediens en operasionele doeltreffendheid te verseker;
Minimum Vereistes:
- Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat;
- Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Vorige ondervinding in ’n ontvangs- en administratiewe rol;
- Basiese rekenaarvaardighede;
- Uitstekende tydsbestuur en die vermoë om onder druk te werk
Vaardighede en Eienskappe:
- Uitstekend in kliëntediens, met ’n professionele en bedagsame benadering tot kliënte en kollegas;
- Bevoeg in die hantering van meervoudige take en prioritisering van take;
- Betroubaar en bereid om ’n positiewe bydrae tot die span te maak;
- Vermoë om akkuraat te werk en foutloos administratiewe take uit te voer;

Receptionist
