An FMCG facility in the Western Cape is looking for a Production Manager to join their team!

Candidate Requirements

The selected candidate will drive all operational activities at the plant, ensuring not only efficient production but also optimal resource use while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role is focused on meeting production targets, cost control, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Ideal candidates will possess a production management diploma, a minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the food processing industry, and a strong background in GMP and HACCP. Proficiency in potato processing is highly advantageous.
