Key Responsibilities:

Work with the company's existing book of clients, providing tailored financial advice and offering comprehensive portfolio reviews.
Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the firm's already extensive client base.
Offer professional financial products and services, building strong rapport and trust with clients.
Collaborate with various FSPs and internal departments to resolve client concerns or queries efficiently.
Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
Develop bespoke financial plans, advising on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
Assess clients’ risk tolerance and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial services.
Attend industry events, network with professionals, and participate in marketing initiatives to grow your client base.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Keep up-to-date with changes in financial laws and regulations.
Provide regular reports to management and clients, tracking progress and portfolio performance.

Requirements:

Minimum Matric with tertiary education in a finance-related field (Non-negotiable: NQF 5 – Wealth Management or BCom).
RE5 certification (Non-negotiable).
Relevant class of business qualifications in place.
Fit and Proper requirements in compliance.
At least 3 years’ experience in a financial planning role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar financial software.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and professionals.
Previous client book not a requirement.
Driver’s license and own vehicle (Non-negotiable).
