Groenkloof Citrus is a citrus packing facility just outside Citrusdal that specializes in the packing of export fruit. We have a vacancy for a SYSTEM/ ACCREDITATION COORDINATOR
Interested parties with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management systems applicable to the agricultural sector and detailed below are invited to send their CVs.
The ideal person for the position will have to take responsibility for the below mentioned systems and processes.
- BRC
- GLOBAL GAP
- HACCP
- SIZA
- Management of system / accreditation department
- Preparation, improvement, maintenance and implementation of quality management and food safety systems
- General food safety and hygiene
- Planning and administration of internal audits
- Preparation for external audits
- Document control of food safety related records
- Packhouse and personal hygiene
- General administration and record keeping
Required Skills
- Food Hygiene: 3 to 4 years
- Food Safety: 3 to 4 years
- Systems Approach: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements
- At least Grade 12
- Experience of the above systems and processes is very important.
- Focus on detail
- Above average computer skills regarding the MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills
