Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a product-based environment
Proven expertise in financial management, cost control, and strategic planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting Degree.
Completed CIMA qualification is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance
Drive strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis
