As a Customer Experience Specialist at The Unlimited, you will drive the digital transformation of our customer journey, lead quality engagements across all touchpoints, and ensure a seamless brand experience. If you have the following:

Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
8 years of relevant experience within a customer experience environment, 4 of which are in a senior leadership role
Strong data-driven mindset and strategic outlook
Proven problem-solving ability and strong intuition
