Our client in Lynwood, Pretoria is seeking a Junior Conveyancing Secretary with experience in Bonds & Cancellations. The ideal candidate should have Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent, along with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience with Absa Bonds, Nedbank Bonds, and Absa Cancellations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure. REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with Absa Bonds, Nedbank Bonds, and Absa Cancellations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle pressure

DUTIES:

Receiving and acting on instructions to attend to conveyancing and associated matters.
Drafting various conveyancing documents accurately and independently.
Assist with FICA compliance.
Provide paralegals and legal assistants with legal and conveyancing assistance.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
