Responsibilities

• Provide strong accounting support across company operations.
• Guide and support the Finance Clerk, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead and manage teams across various levels.
• Prepare for and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• Degree/Diploma in Financial Management (mandatory).
• Completion of SAICA articles (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction, warehouse, or technical industries.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean criminal record.
• Strong numerical and financial acumen.
• High attention to detail and a deadline-driven work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
