Job Specification: Telesales Agent with Administrative Duties
Industry : Motor trade – Vehicle repairs/refurbishments
Location: Parklands, Cape Town
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:45 – 16:30
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team. The role involves selling our vehicle repair and refurbishment services, engaging with workshop repair technicians and vehicle owners, while also managing administrative tasks and data capturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact vehicle owners to promote repair and refurbishment services.
Engauge with workshop technical staff as regards effective completion of daily tasks
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Perform general administrative tasks and data capturing.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years Telesales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., MS Office).
Preferably based in Parklands/Table View area.
Available immediately

Remuneration:

Basic Salary: R8,000
Attendance Bonus: R1,000
Commission: R3,000 – R4,000 per month (performance-based)
