What You’ll Do:
As a Solar Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of their solar projects.

Your role will include:

End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee solar projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
Sustainability Advocacy: Ensure projects align with environmental standards and contribute to a greener future.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience: Proven track record in managing renewable energy or infrastructure projects, with a focus on solar energy.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar technology, energy systems, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management Skills: Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management (PMP or similar certification a plus).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Passion for Sustainability: A commitment to driving change through renewable energy solutions.
