A leading Corporate Finance Advisory Firm is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst, to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success!

In this role, you will be responsible for executing transactions, maintaining market share, and implementing mandates and strategic decision-making, through detailed analysis and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly analytical, possesses a strong understanding of financial statements, and demonstrates a genuine passion for corporate finance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Newly qualified CA(SA).
• At least 2 years of post-articles experience.
• Preferably audited Financial Services clients during articles.
• Strong academic track record: At least 4 distinctions in Matric, with no university fails, and first time passes for board exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial deal screening and analysis.
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models and performing valuations.
• Preparing investment reports and presenting findings to investment committees.
• Reviewing and negotiating legal agreements.
• Providing post-investment services and support.
