The primary purpose of the position is to support, guide, and advise BU Heads and managers on all HC-related matters. Facilitate HC practices at all levels of Business Units. Execute HC strategy to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Unit Heads and Managers
- Effective management of talent acquisition
- Implementation and monitoring of talent management practices
- Implementation of performance management practice
- Identification and implementation of L&D initiatives
- Effective management of IR/ER
- Devise action plans with BU heads and managers to improve company culture and employee engagement
- HR/Benefits administration and reporting
- Employee engagement
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- NDip/BTech/BA/BSocSci in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 5 years as a HC Officer/ Practitioner
- Labour legislation knowledge and experience
- Recruitment and Selection Experience
- Exposure to Sage/VIP beneficial
- Employee benefits administration knowledge beneficial
- Industry collective bargaining/agreement knowledge beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Driver’s License
