The Role includes recommendation, demonstration, provision, implementation, and Support of our software solutions.
Additionally training of clients in the use of the solutions covering the Dassault Systèmes CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA and 3DExperience Solutions.
Other requirements will include technical demonstrations of features, to prospective and existing clients. Online, On Site and Telephone support to clients

Additional responsibilities will include:

Installation, Activation, and licencing support of Client Software applications
Using Helpdesk Ticketing system to record all support interactions
Use of CRM system to log all communications with clients.
Delivering training, both online and in house, to clients on a variety of software solutions and engineering disciplines.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications: B.Eng., BSc Eng, or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or associated discipline.
Experience: Work experience in a related field would be an advantage but is not a necessity. Work experience in any of the below fields while studying would be advantageous. (Automotive Manufacture, Aerospace Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Equipment)
Skills:

Should have experience in the use of 3D Design Software (CATIA, Fusion 360, Solidworks, Inventor, CREO or similar)
Should have a good understanding of the principles of PLM
Should have experience in the use of 2D Design and Drafting Software (GstarCAD, AutoCAD, Draftsight or similar)
Must be well presented, articulate, able to identify client requirements, recommend and describe appropriate solutions within our software portfolios and be comfortable liaising with client representatives at all levels.
