We are currently looking for a SnrHRBP to develop, implement, administer and coordinate all the elements of the entire HR value chain. Partner with management in all operational areas to provide comprehensive HR support across all departments and divisions.
Key Task:
- Partner with management across the Company to provide comprehensive HR support to individual departments and divisions:
• Manage the transformation process throughout the business in alignment with EEA and EEC
• Maintain a clear and detailed knowledge of industry trends, best practice, and labour legislation
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies across the business
• Guide and advise line managers where policy/procedural deviation is permissible
• Execute Labour relations matters with precision and compliance
- Entrench a high-performance culture and corporate values throughout the Department and Company:
• Manage departmental performance
• Drive the HR team's performance to demonstrate an entrenched culture of high performance
• Deliver Performance Management compliance and monitor management actions on non-performance
• Implement and manage performance management strategies, systems and reports for the branch.
• Partner and influence the stakeholders to ensure the best practice is being adopted
• Research, develop, improve, and implement processes, procedures to enhance business effectiveness
• Identify, improve and implement HR Processes and manage the application thereof
• Contribute to the successful achievement of the HR department goals, objectives and systems
• Introduce cost cutting as a norm in the delivery of HR services
• Acquire necessary Sage modules to enhance HR performance in the Company
• Research and implement mechanisms to effectively reduce headcount costs across the company whilst maintaining efficiencies Plan, organise and control HR department value chain activities
• Lead a team of HRBPS and Practitioners including counselling, upskilling, and mentoring
• Develop, implement, administer, and coordinate all the elements of the entire HR value chain
• Manage the end- to- end recruitment processes aligned with the business strategic, and recruitment forecasting
• Develop and execute the full recruitment cycle (attract, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding; development and retention strategies/initiatives)
• Implement and support change management strategies
• Structure and manage the overall benefits profile for staff
• Implement and drive staff wellness initiatives
• Implement and manage the group retention strategies as directed by the EDHR
• Implement and manage in alignment with the group philosophy
• Guide Training Department on career development and talent management initiatives according to staff and business needs analysis
• Manage employee relations including procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Analyse and update company salary budget and evaluation program
• Ensure that Job descriptions are accurate for grading processes
• Manage the HR team and deliverables within predetermined service level agreements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage the internal HR compliance and governance processes and procedures to mitigate financial and legal risk to the Company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain the staff records process aligned to POPIA and other legislation
• Implement and review all HR policies and procedures of the company as and when required
- Produce HR analytics to provide relevant decision-making information to the EDH:
• Report on all people metrics as necessary
• Analyse and report on Key Performance indicators and internal employee behaviour data to derive trends/information and recommend interventions
-Initiate and deliver quality HR projects on time and within budget:
• Manage specific HR related projects and ensure that key deliverables are met within specified timelines
- Oversee HR Administration Duties, including reporting:
• Keep HR records and statistics required for reporting in any forum including legislative reporting
• Prepare reports and relevant information for the EDHR
• Provide quarterly information analysis and reports with findings and recommendations for the EDHR.
• Be actively aware in social, cultural and educational projects
• Produce and distribute periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
• Matric
• 3 year Degree/Diploma in human resources management or related field
• Labour Relations qualification - advantangeous
Essential Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years HR Management experience in a multi-faceted company
• Minimum of 5 years in a HR Business Partnering/Management role
• Client Relations Experience/Business Partnering
• Management of staff and other resources
