Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all banquet and event activities, from initial inquiry to execution.
• Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and ensure personalized service.
• Collaborate with the culinary, F&B, and operations teams to execute flawless events.
• Manage event logistics, including setups, timelines, and guest preferences.
• Ensure all events meet the lodge's high service and quality standards.

• Manage all lodge reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with guests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and manage availability.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle special requests, cancellations, and adjustments to reservations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of banqueting and event logistics is essential.
