Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage inventory costing and ensure financial standards are met for profitability across business units.
Budget Management: Prepare and review annual budgets and quarterly plans, aligning with organizational objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyzing sales and cost margins for strategic insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate material costing.
Team Leadership: Supervise a finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and fostering professional development.

Qualifications:

CA(SA)/CIMA qualification
5 years post-articles experience
Proven experience in financial management within a multinational organization
