A leading Food Manufacturing company based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Lead to join their team. If you have a passion for promoting safety in the workplace and meet the qualifications below, we would love to hear from you.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Officer, with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and its application in food manufacturing.
Extensive experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
Experience in the development and delivery of health and safety training programs.
