Job Title: Shift Supervisor - Mining

Location: Limpopo, South Africa

Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee mining operations in Limpopo. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of miners, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining production targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of miners to ensure safe and efficient mining operations
- Enforce safety procedures and regulations to mitigate risks and prevent accidents
- Monitor production levels and adjust workflow as needed to meet targets
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders
- Train and mentor employees to promote skill development and career growth
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports of daily operations

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A Valid Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
- 5 years’ experience as a Miner which at least 2 years in a Supervisory level
- Board and Pillar experience will be advantageous

Benefits:
- Salary: R600k – R800k CTC
