In this role, you will oversee the design and operation of process plants, from defining processes and selecting equipment to specifying the necessary instrumentation and control systems.

Job Description:

• Defining project scope and selecting technology, including creating a Process Design Basis.
• Developing Process and Utility Flow Diagrams, with associated mass and energy balance calculations.
• Creating Process and Utility Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and managing related design tasks.
• Specifying process attributes for equipment, instruments, and valves, and preparing relevant datasheets.
• Writing Process Descriptions and Control Philosophies.
• Compiling essential lists (e.g., Line List, Equipment List, Instrument Schedule, Valve Schedules).
• Collaborating with engineers from other disciplines to ensure designs meet process requirements and to find process solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Design and run Process projects in petrochemical/mining/water and wastewater treatment industries
• Proficient in MS Projects and MS Office

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ BTech/ S4
PREng Advantageous
Knowledge and application of OHSA
