We also develop and support bespoke systems for member and organizational administration for statutory bodies.
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s most important clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving long-term success and revenue growth for the business.
The Key Account Manager is an intermediate position and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts by offering tailored solutions and services.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, proposals, and progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to deliver on client expectations.
- Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address any potential issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company goals and contribute to revenue growth.
- Liaise with the New Business Development Manager and Managing Director for existing client forecast budgeting.
Required Skills

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship nagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot) and data analysis to track account performance and identify opportunities.
