OPERATIONS MANAGER – TRANSPORT

(UPINGTON)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transport industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of South African transport laws and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics or Transport Management (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize a fleet of vehicles for timely deliveries.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 100+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with South African transport regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and operational improvements.
