We are partnering with a leading manufacturing plant to find a skilled and self-motivated Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining machinery at client sites, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction. Diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and troubleshooting technical issues
Installing, commissioning, and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal functionality
Delivering maintenance services and customer support, including emergency breakdown assistance
Rebuilding equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards
Managing projects to ensure timely completion of work orders and customer satisfaction
Offering technical support to both customers and internal teams
Conducting customer training, machine evaluations, and quality assurance inspections
Coordinating administrative tasks and documentation to streamline operations

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in machine assembly and maintenance of production equipment in a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving electrical and pneumatic issues
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as required
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
Valid Code B driver’s license

Qualification:
Qualified Millwright
