ROLE PURPOSE
As a Financial Advisor with Vizion Finance, powered by Old Mutual, you will deliver holistic financial advice tailored to clients' needs. By leveraging Old Mutual’s 179 years of industry expertise, you will guide clients toward financial security, foster long-term relationships, and drive sustainable business success within a supportive and innovative franchise environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Excellence
- Master Old Mutual’s diverse product offerings, including Wealth Creation, Individual & Family Protection, Corporate Employee Benefits, and more.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to design personalized financial plans aligned with client goals.
- Continuously engage clients to introduce new solutions and enhance existing portfolios.
- Facilitate seamless new business submissions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through regular reviews, clear communication, and proactive follow-ups.
- Address queries effectively, escalating where necessary, and providing timely resolutions.
- Monitor and improve client retention by managing NTUs (Not Taken Up policies) and persistency metrics with actionable insights.
3. Compliance and Development
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities comply with FAIS standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of advice and adhere to ethical financial planning practices.
- Achieve continuous professional development (CPD) through training and support programs, including pathways to CFP accreditation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including fraudulent activities, with vigilance.
4. Strategic Reporting and Planning
- Log daily activities and update systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports to the Franchise Principal and other key stakeholders.
- Align with franchise and regional objectives to support shared business goals.
PAY
1. Salary
The role pays commission only. However, a vesting allowance of R25 000.00 per month is paid in the first two months.
2. Commission
The role pays uncapped commission.
Required Skills
- Sales: 1 to 2 years
- Client Relationship Management Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Financial Planning Principles: 1 to 2 years
- Cross-Selling And Retention Strategies: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- RE5 Certification.
- Relevant financial qualification (NQF 5 or higher).
- FAIS Compliant as per DOFA requirements.
