Are you a seasoned Financial Manager with a passion for driving strategic excellence? We're seeking a talented Finance Shared Services expert and leader in Johannesburg East to join a multinational conglomerate in the manufacturing and mining industry. If you thrive in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing shared services, and delivering impactful financial results, we want to hear from you!

The purpose of this role will be to provide strategic direction and oversight to debtors and creditors, general accounting, and continuous improvement functions.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Financial Shared Service strategy
Financial Shared Service budgets
Financial and management reporting
Business controls and governance
Financial process ownership
People management and development
External and internal audit coordination

Education Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA) required

Job Requirements and Skills:

8 to 10 years' experience in a financial management position essential
Manufacturing / Mining or Chemical industry experience essential
Experience managing multi-discipline, cross functional teams
Proficient in MS packages
Sound knowledge of the regulatory, statutory and compliance frameworks
Deadline driven
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Team player
