Key Tasks

·       Forwarding

·       Facilitate Import Clearance

·       Invoicing

·       Arranging Delivery of Shipments

·       Estimates

·       Capturing Creditors Invoices

·       Updating and sending status reports

Job Responsibilities

·       Assisting in Warehouse

·       Assist in Collecting and Delivery of Cargo or Documents

·       Communicate with Airlines to facilitate quick release of cargo

·       Uploading Edocs to shipment files

·       Updating shipment registers

·       Updating milestones on ShipShape

·       Inserting delivery date on Ship Shape

·       RCG clearances

·       Liaising with customers on Shipments and Estimates

·
