Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

- Deep understanding of agricultural operations, supply chains, and commodity markets.
- Expertise in logistics management and fleet optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and MS Office (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
