Are you a young artisan (any trade) with a passion for gaining world-class international experience? Our client in the UAE is looking for a Junior Facilities Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers growth opportunities in an exciting environment where you’ll gain invaluable experience, especially in facilities management. This role is ideal for independent professionals eager to upskill, take on new challenges, and build a successful career abroad. HVAC experience will be highly valued, but the key is your drive to learn and contribute to a top-tier operation.

Requirements:

Trade qualification in any field (e.g. Millwright, Electrician, Plumber, Mechanic, etc.).
Experience in Facilities Management or maintenance would be an advantage.
HVAC experience highly desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Willingness to relocate to the UAE for the position and work within an international team.
Must be flexible and ready to adapt to new working environments.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Ideally 1-3 years experience in a hands-on role in your trade.
Ability to maintain and manage facilities, including systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on maintenance and repairs.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing maintenance schedules and ensuring facilities run smoothly.
Previous experience in international environments or similar roles would be a plus.
