Our clients General Insurance consulting team is expanding and has a role for an Actuarial Manager. The candidates will be reporting to the Associate Director in the General Insurance team, providing actuarial and technical assistance to clients. The same division is responsible for Enterprise Risk and Capital Management, and Data Analytics.

Experience Requirements:

·        2 – 5 years’ experience in General Insurance, either in pricing or reserving and capital modelling

·        Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, etc

·        Good exam progression

·        Experience with SAM, ORSA’s, valuations and solvency calculations

·        Strong proficiency in statistical modelling techniques and programming languages such as R will be beneficial

·        Strong work ethic and highly motivated

·        Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English), with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction

·        Ability to meet deadlines and provide regular feedback on progress

·        Attention to detail
