Our client is seeking an Accountant to manage monthly journals, fixed assets, and inter-company loan accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 and handling customs and imports. The role also includes supporting annual audits, performing foreign currency revaluations, and maintaining control accounts within Syspro.

Experience Requirements:

·        Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent (Matric Cert non-negotiable)

·        National Diploma / bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

·        Strong accounting background plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position and/or environment.

·        Proficiency in Business English (written and orally).

·        Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.

·        Computer literacy, including MS Office with proficiency in Excel and Syspro.
