Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Digital Projects and Rewards programs.
• Solid background in Agile methodology and business analysis, with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements to drive project outcomes.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Agile (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI), SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
