Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Specialist to join their team and help deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing software applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs throughout the software development cycle.
• Automate testing processes using various testing tools to increase efficiency and ensure robust coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to fix defects, improve the product, and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Continuously improve testing strategies, frameworks, and processes to support efficient product delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in a variety of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases to validate data integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and fixing software defects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in automation best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation.
• 3+ years of experience in the automated testing process, including developing and executing automated tests.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and testing processes.
