Are you seeking career advancement and an exciting new opportunity? A well-established Food Manufacturing company based in Cape Town is looking for a skilled Millwright Foreman to join their team.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Millwright (Trade Certificate essential)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Foreman, leading a team of maintenance technicians
At least 3 years’ experience in the FMCG (Food Manufacturing) sector
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within a food production environment
