Job Title: Plant Manager - Mining

Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join their team at our mining operation in North West. The ideal candidate will have a background in mining operations management, with a strong understanding of plant maintenance, process optimization, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the plant operation, including production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
- Provide leadership and direction to the plant team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track plant performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to optimize production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mining, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing metallurgical plant
- Proven track record of successful plant management and process optimization
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the mining industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Benefits:
