Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely payment collection while retaining happy customers
Reconcile complex accounts and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients using cutting-edge vetting systems
Take ownership of diverse debt categories, including non-tender, tender, and intergroup debts
Keep debtor balances in check, driving down Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Uphold credit policies while collaborating confidently with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience:
Proficient in credit risk management and customer database systems
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP or large ERP systems
Strong knowledge of credit legislation and credit vetting engines
Deadline-driven with razor-sharp attention to detail
A relentless focus on cash flow optimization
Ethical, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
Analytical thinker with excellent time management skills

Qualification:
Credit Management Certificate (Entry Level 2) OR Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5+ years in credit control or finance roles.
