Matric or similar qualification

 Adherence to daily production plan, achievement of production targets

 Proven track record with motivation and supervision of staff

 Staff discipline

 Ensuring OHS standards are adhered too.

 Completion of production reports

 Reporting of machine breakdowns

 Computer literate: Microsoft office

 Traceable references

 Shift work and overtime

 Manufacturing Experience
