We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead key strategic initiatives and drive growth during an exciting expansion phase. The successful candidate will oversee new market entries and manage high-level business operations, reporting directly to the CEO and COO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's business objectives across new and existing markets.
• Lead the company's diversification into new industries, including fuel, construction, green housing projects, and logistics.
• Oversee key projects and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines and budgets.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to align objectives and secure business opportunities.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the progress of all business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the corporate sector, with a strong focus on business development and management.
• Proven expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with clarity and focus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
